Seminar cancellations initiated by the attendee and received 14 days or more prior to the first day of the Seminar will result in the entire Seminar Fee paid being refunded minus $75.00 to cover nonrefundable charges already incurred.

Seminar cancellations received during the 14 day period immediately prior to the Seminar start date will result in a refund of 50% of the Seminar Fee paid.

In the event that the Seminar must be cancelled due to insufficient registrations at the Early Bird deadline, the entire Seminar Fee paid will be refunded. However, a replacement future date may be set, in which case Registrants may elect not to receive a refund and have their Sign-up Fee paid applied to the new date of the Seminar. PLEASE NOTE: To date, no Practical Vet Med Seminar has every been cancelled due to insufficient registrations.

In the event that the Seminar must be cancelled by the host hotel, and a replacement same area location can not be found in time for the same date, the entire Seminar Fee paid will be refunded minus $75.00 to cover nonrefundable charges already incurred. However, a replacement future date may be set, in which case Registrants may elect not to receive a refund and have their Sign-up Fee paid applied to the new date of the Seminar.

Additionally, if weather conditions or other acts of God prevent transportation into to the area of the host hotel location on the Seminar date(s) set, the entire Seminar Fee paid will be refunded minus $75.00 to cover nonrefundable charges already incurred (NOTE: In this case, the Seminar printed materials will be sent at no charge to Registrants). However, a replacement future date may be set, in which case Registrants may elect not to receive a refund and have their Sign-up Fee paid applied to the new date of the Seminar.
